It's one of the Municipality in Capiz "Panit-an Capiz". This is the sincere and intense way of the Local Government Unit of Panitan in curbing milestones for an efficient and effective delivery of basic services. It is with the belief that official transactions if properly delivered and within reasonable bounds of time and authority with the benefit of making known its processes will put an end to corruption and moral degradation from among our service front liners. This Citizen's Chapter is an attestation for the commitment of the LGU of Panitan,Capiz from among its constituents and clients in public service.This is not a promise from the very ends of the municipal officials and employees of the LGU because the fight and the struggle to end corruption and inefficiency is a civil service and civil society.
